The full 3-day First Aid at Work course provides comprehensive training for individuals to become qualified first aiders in the workplace, covering a wide range of first aid emergencies, injuries and illnesses and meeting the requirements of the Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981. Suitable for workshops, warehouse and more high risk areas.

Manual Handling and Fire Safety
Manual Handling
A half-day course. Manual handling training educates employees on safe techniques for lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or moving objects to minimize the risk of injury, particularly back and joint strain.

People Moving
A half-day course. Moving and handling of people involves assisting individuals to move or reposition themselves safely. This minimises the risk of injury to both the person being moved and the person doing the moving. It's an important aspect of health and social care, requiring specific training and the use of appropriate techniques and equipment.

Fire Safety
A 1-day course that educates individuals on fire prevention, detection, and response, as well as the legal obligations and responsibilities related to fire safety in the workplace or other environments. It aims to minimize fire risks, ensure safe evacuation procedures, and prepare people to handle fire emergencies effectively. This can also incorporate Fire Marshall Training if needed.
